4 Account Management and Security

4.1 Updating Account Information

• To change a mobile number or email address after registration, users must contact support.
• If significant personal information changes (such as a change of address), the platform must be informed.
• If an account is inactive (no transactions for 12 consecutive months), the platform may apply a dormancy fee.

4.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Any user may request account closure at any time. Pending withdrawals and bonus matters must be settled before submitting a closure request. Re-registration after voluntary account closure requires approval from support.

5 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

6 Bonus and Promotion Terms

jili rtp offers various promotional offers. Each bonus offer has specific terms that should be read carefully before claiming a bonus.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example, if a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, the total balance becomes ৳2,500 — the wagering requirement on this bonus will be ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000.

6.2 General Rules for Bonus Use

• A welcome bonus cannot be claimed more than once per account.
• If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any winnings from the bonus will be forfeited.
• Wagering from bonus funds may not count towards certain games or betting markets — the terms of each offer will specify this separately.
• A bonus applies to one person, one household, or one IP address only.

6.3 VIP Cashback

The jili rtp VIP programme has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each level, calculated based on the net loss for that week. For example, a Gold level member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive cashback at a rate of 1.1%, which equals ৳220.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play Policy

The jili rtp platform offers slots, live casino, cricket, and various other gaming options. Each game is operated according to the rules of the respective game provider.

7.1 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical fault or connection problem, the platform has the right to void the result of that game or restore it to its previous state. Claims based on incorrect odds or incorrect payouts displayed due to a technical fault will not be accepted.

7.2 RTP and Volatility
